It was a very good stay experience. The front desk service was very good and I felt at home. The breakfast here has many varieties and is very delicious. The nearby transportation is also very convenient. Overall it is very good.

Very dissatisfied. Ctrip check-in showed that check-out can be delayed at 2 o'clock, but I was told on site that it is not possible!

Is this firefighting acceptable?
Forget about the stair room, there is no advance notice, and there is no hint on the hotel promotion page
