Pet friendly Hotels Wuhan

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.

I have stayed in this hotel several times for business trip, perfect location which is really convenient to go around . It is great experience that hotel staff are very friendly and attentively service. Meanwhile hotel breakfast is fantastic that I have tried so many local snacks like hot and dry noodle , which is truly delicious. It had been memorable stay and I would definitely recommend hotel to my families and friends . 有几次差旅的入住体验，地理位置非常好，出行很方便。酒店员工May服务都很热心考虑周到。早餐丰富，足不出户就能体验武汉各种特色美食小吃，热干面是必选项，地道美味。是比较难忘的入住体验，会再次将酒店推荐给身边的朋友和家人。

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality. This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence. I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed. We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

The customer service is 10/10 very polite and very helpful.. our first room the tv wasn’t working and they offered us another room which was very nice of them very comfortable you can order food online and delivery till your room with the robot butler the best stay I wasn’t expecting this at all … I will absolutely recommend this

Good quality and low price ~ The environment is not bad... When I went to the front desk to get the room card, I asked the receptionist to find a quiet one, after all, I was too sleepy and had trouble sleeping... The lady also gave me a free upgrade. I will go there again next time.

I came here on a business trip with my husband and children. The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is particularly good. Because the room was full due to the exhibition, they took the initiative to upgrade to a suite. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but it is delicious, the fruit is very fresh, and my husband and children especially like the swimming pool and billiard room.

It wasn't international at all, staff only spoke Mandarin. Rooms were crowded, but you get what you pay for. Beds were spacious and comfortable. Location was great, metro station is just 8 min away walking and Yellow Crane Tower 15 min.

Good Hotel and good ambience. The hotel staff was unaware about the formalities regarding the foreigner check-in procedures but their attitude was good. The staff was professional and nice. Room was nice and cozy.. Halal Restaurant is at hotel entrance... Recommended..

This hotel is very nice, very quiet and good place. Good service, helpful staff, every time they asking you if they need to clean you room or not. I also want to let you know about their breakfast, it is very nice and you can find a lot of choice there. This hotel has everything almost: gym, washing room for your clothes with steam machine. When I will visit Wuhan next time, I suppose I will choose this hotel to stay again. Also location of hotel was pretty comfortable. Near bus stations and important roads. P.s. The room is well-equipped and comfortable, clean and tidy, the environment is great, eating, drinking and entertainment are all in one building, the subway goes directly to the basement, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, really very satisfied, the subway goes directly to Wuhan Station, thank you for the gift when checking out
