Review content: Traveling with family, this Starway hotel stay experience is really special. First, when we checked in, we saw that we had a lot of luggage. The front desk also helped to send the luggage to the room. Seeing that we had children, we took the initiative to provide children's slippers and toothbrushes. The service was meticulous and warm and thoughtful; The second time I checked in to the room, the room was large and the outside window was very new and the sheets were very comfortable. The room was clean and meticulous; the third hotel had a laundry room equipped with a dryer. It was very convenient to dry the clothes immediately after washing. Fourth breakfast, there are suitable for adults and children to eat like, there are more types; fifth check out, because it is late to come back, the front desk helps late check out and helps with luggage. It is the best starway hotel I have stayed in, and I will stay next time on business trip.

定的家庭房，住了2天，説一下感受。 先説下好的地方，房間乾淨，邊邊角角都挑不出毛病的那種。潔癖患者的福音！ 酒店的每一個工作人員服務態度都特別好，我在電梯遇到過好多次酒店的工作人員，每次都會主動給客人讓路。前台大部分時候都是3個服務小姐姐在的，入住期間企業微信會各種噓寒問暖。 房間非常大，我對比了差不多價位的酒店，這家房間是最大的，其他酒店這個價位都在30平米上下，她家45平，而且家庭房是套房。 熱水很沖，花灑打身上很柔和，洗澡是真的很舒服。 酒店的洗衣機和烘乾機我入住期間用了幾次，非常方便，退房之前把衣服都洗好了。 説下不好的地方： 我挺龜毛的一個人，潔癖+對氣味敏感！我第一天入住的時候，房間傢俱的味道對我來説真的很大，我們一路旅遊過來，每2天換一個城市，中間還有大量的趕路時間，就懶得換了。第二天和前台反應，對方有跟我認真解釋。 還有最讓我難受的一點，也是這麼多年唯一一次遇到的問題，我續房的時候明確説了：我不要客房服務！結果當天晚上回來，房間全給我收拾了一遍！我真是又好氣又好笑！氣的是我覺得你們觸犯了我的私隱，也罔顧了我的意願！高興的是，保潔人員是真的有在認真收拾，我們一進房間就看到大變樣了，連我準備晚上回來洗的衣服都幫我全疊好了，而且還處理了新房間的味道問題，我晚上回來，什麼味道都沒了，甚至連5樓走廊的裝修味道也沒了。我退房的時候和前台小姐姐反映了情況，才知道酒店是這個月剛剛開業的，我住的5層，電梯旁邊第一間房501，房門靠電梯，房間窗户靠外面街邊，晚上有點兒聲音，但不大！有時候晚上我睡覺，能聽到衞生間會有下水的聲音，應該是樓上房間有客人洗澡或者沖水，給其他人做個參考吧。 我退房的時候小姐姐送了一份伴手禮，也再次在微信跟我致歉了！
