Booked a big bed room, the room is quite big. The location of the hotel is very good. It is also close to the subway station, go to Jianghan Road, Jiqing Street southwest gate Huangpi South Road. Very convenient. In the morning and evening, you can get it directly at Jiqing Street Snack Street. Before leaving, I also sent a small snack. Service attitude is very good. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the service is good, nothing to say, warm, efficient, basically responsive, mainly affordable, parking is free, very satisfied! The front desk of the hotel is very warm, the little fairy Liu Chang is gentle and beautiful, and the service is thoughtful. Review content: Traveling with family, the stay experience at this Starway Hotel is really great. First, when we checked in, the front desk saw that we had a lot of luggage, so they helped to deliver the luggage to the room. Seeing that we were with children, they took the initiative to provide children with slippers and toothbrushes. The service was meticulous, warm and thoughtful. Second, when we checked into the room, the room was large with an exterior window. The sheets and quilt covers were very new and comfortable, and the room was hygienic, meticulous and clean. Third, the hotel has a laundry room equipped with a dryer, which is very convenient for drying clothes immediately after washing. Fourth, the breakfast has both adult-friendly and child-friendly food, and there are many varieties. Fifth, when we checked out, because we came back late, the front desk helped to delay the check-out and also helped with the luggage. This is the best Starway Hotel I have stayed in. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

Last year, I sent my children to school and lived in Starway. The service attitude was very good, especially the bowl of delicious noodles. This year, I came again. I stayed for three days. The room was clean. The service was as good as ever. The environment was very quiet. There was also the bowl of noodles. Next time I come to Wuhan, I have to live in Starway.

I came to Guiyuan Temple in Wuhan to worship the God of Wealth, and chose the nearest hotel to Guiyuan Temple, Starway Hotel... The double room has a 1.35-meter bed, which is quite suitable for me! The bowl of noodles for breakfast was very good, but the others were just average. As for the shredded kelp, I suggest you try it yourself to see if you can eat it. Maybe today was a special day, there were many customers, and the dishes were not served in time! Everything else is fine... I suggest that there should be a dedicated passage for guests staying at Starway Hotel and Guiyuan Temple. Otherwise, if you want to take a detour to get back to the hotel after worshipping the God of Wealth, it’s understandable, but after coming back, you have to take the same path as the guests coming in. We go out and they go in... Isn’t this going to be a ”fight” [tears]... We really squeezed out today! The guests who came in also asked how you could go out from the entrance? I felt so miserable that I couldn't say anything. I didn't want to leave like this. It wasn't the security guards, the police told us to leave like this and go to the hotel [cry loudly]

定的家庭房，住了2天，説一下感受。 先説下好的地方，房間乾淨，邊邊角角都挑不出毛病的那種。潔癖患者的福音！ 酒店的每一個工作人員服務態度都特別好，我在電梯遇到過好多次酒店的工作人員，每次都會主動給客人讓路。前台大部分時候都是3個服務小姐姐在的，入住期間企業微信會各種噓寒問暖。 房間非常大，我對比了差不多價位的酒店，這家房間是最大的，其他酒店這個價位都在30平米上下，她家45平，而且家庭房是套房。 熱水很沖，花灑打身上很柔和，洗澡是真的很舒服。 酒店的洗衣機和烘乾機我入住期間用了幾次，非常方便，退房之前把衣服都洗好了。 説下不好的地方： 我挺龜毛的一個人，潔癖+對氣味敏感！我第一天入住的時候，房間傢俱的味道對我來説真的很大，我們一路旅遊過來，每2天換一個城市，中間還有大量的趕路時間，就懶得換了。第二天和前台反應，對方有跟我認真解釋。 還有最讓我難受的一點，也是這麼多年唯一一次遇到的問題，我續房的時候明確説了：我不要客房服務！結果當天晚上回來，房間全給我收拾了一遍！我真是又好氣又好笑！氣的是我覺得你們觸犯了我的私隱，也罔顧了我的意願！高興的是，保潔人員是真的有在認真收拾，我們一進房間就看到大變樣了，連我準備晚上回來洗的衣服都幫我全疊好了，而且還處理了新房間的味道問題，我晚上回來，什麼味道都沒了，甚至連5樓走廊的裝修味道也沒了。我退房的時候和前台小姐姐反映了情況，才知道酒店是這個月剛剛開業的，我住的5層，電梯旁邊第一間房501，房門靠電梯，房間窗户靠外面街邊，晚上有點兒聲音，但不大！有時候晚上我睡覺，能聽到衞生間會有下水的聲音，應該是樓上房間有客人洗澡或者沖水，給其他人做個參考吧。 我退房的時候小姐姐送了一份伴手禮，也再次在微信跟我致歉了！
