Everything js Best . They free upgrade my room and add breakfast. Also offer welcome drink and gift. Hotel staff very nice . Hotel locations exactly in Jiaohang Road , metro is beside, so convenient. Restaurant food is cool . Room big , new , clean and everything have . I recommend to everyone

The room is great, clean and tidy, the service attitude is very good, the nearby business district and snack street are also very interesting, making the originally busy and boring business trip a bit like the enjoyment of traveling alone👍

Checking in was a breeze. Front desk staff were very helpful and efficient. Managed to put us all on the same floor. The rooms were clean and good size. Really like the free flow of little cakes and flower tea and coffee in the lobby. Location is also very good. Short walking distance to the walking street and plenty of choices for food. Overall is good. Highly recommended.

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

Close to the Metro with connecting lines(100m) and walkingstreet with shopping malls and street food and flee market. A little noisy from traffic and people because of central location but quiet before midnight. Staff was friendly but poor English as usual in China. Breakfast is worth the price, recommend.

A truly great hotel! The staff was very helpfull and one of the very few places that had english speakers (for us europeans this is quite a big deal here). The breakfast was very good, lots to chose from. The room was tidy, cozy and clean. The locations was just perfect! Near everything and very walkable, at least for us. This is the hotel to stay at!

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Every one in the reception is wonderful, and amongst them Amy is the best I think. She went above and beyond to provide everything I need during my stay, and she was always smiling which made my day brghter. The hotel location is not bad. Metro station, and local attractions are all within walking distance.

I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is a little old, but it doesn't matter if you don't look closely. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~
