The room is clean and sanitary. It is also very close to the subway station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It's very convenient to go anywhere and the front desk is very welcoming. And you can renew your room for free until 2 o'clock.

今年大年初一過來的，朋友出來旅遊經過蕪湖，在這邊住了一晚，總體酒店還不錯，作為連鎖品牌的酒店總體還可以，因為大年初一沒有早餐，前台給了一些點心和牛奶了，也可以理解，停車挺方便的。

第一天入住時服務員沒有耐心，一下子就拉低了對酒店的印象，房間插座安排不合理，衞生打掃不太乾淨，裏面有點味道開門好久才好點。離店時服務員換了，態度好多了

住了很多回了，非常滿意的一家酒店，算是錦江集團裏性價比很高的了，也是白玉蘭系列裏非常棒的一家

1.出差沒帶充電線，詢問前台想借一根充電，被告知房間裏有充電線，但是要掃碼付費才能用。掃碼後發現價格不菲，且充電速度巨慢；
2.房間裏兩瓶水，喝完再向前台要。送來兩瓶，問能否多給幾瓶，被告知一個房間衹能給四瓶水；
3.打開一次性牙刷，上面有昆蟲屍體黏在上面，噁心得不行。隨後發現房間內幾乎所有一次性物品，基本都是市面上最差的那一檔。
綜上，雖然酒店裝修差強人意，但在運營過程中極度壓縮成本，揀了芝麻丟了西瓜。第一次住錦江旗下的酒店，以後會永久拉黑錦江、白玉蘭相關酒店，失望之至。酒店管理遵循木桶效應，不取決於服務的上限，而且要保證各項服務的下限，這一點想不明白，就不要做酒店了。

必須好評！環境非常寬敞，還有大沙發，是這兩天住過最好的酒店！當時找服務人員多要一床被子，前台説沒有，保安最後也送給我了，服務非常周到！沒有拍照片，配一個遊玩的照片！
