The reason for choosing to live in Tieshan is the environment and the service. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She tries to arrange a comfortable room for the frequent guests who have special preferences (this is very satisfactory, although the room facilities and equipment are a bit old, but acceptable). , be proactive when needed. 房間有年頭了，非常陳舊，牆漆都是幾種顏色。
一進門很大一股味道，打開窗户也散不了。
圖片上那種空調，正對着床，温度風速都調不好。最重要一點，房間衞生非常差，而且還有大蟑螂，半夜屋頂掉一衹大蟑螂到床上，實在太離譜。衹能早早離開，這種店一分鐘也不想待下去。
服務人員也非常冷淡，接待型的酒店，可能對上層人士會笑臉相迎吧，對待平台預訂的散客就非常不友好了。
