一如既往的風格與環境，全季的硬件設施條件很穩定，但這次要吐槽的是餐廳服務人員的服務意識，更確切地説，是這位服務員個人素養與全季應有的品質太不匹配了。早上9點去餐廳用餐，剛好看見一個小圓桌是空着的，想着一家人圍坐一起邊吃邊聊不會打擾周圍用餐客人，就對正在旁邊收拾長條餐桌的一位男性服務員説：“您好，可以幫我們把這個小圓桌收拾一下嗎？”沒想到這位大概50歲左右上下的大叔服務員聲音很大，用很沖的語氣頭也不回地喊道：“這裏不是有位子嗎？非要坐那兒？”我完全愣住了，還是温和地再次又説了一句：“我們想坐在小圓桌這裏，麻煩收拾下”，沒想到他繼續怒氣沖沖地説：“馬上來，沒看到我在收拾桌子啊？”一早輕鬆愉快的心情沒想到早餐時分就遇到戾氣如此之重的服務員，端着盤子站在旁邊的我強忍怒氣，説道：“大過年的講話這麼刺耳幹嘛呢？”沒想到聽我説這句話以後，這位服務員竟然嘴裏開始罵罵咧咧了，等他到後廚時繼續跟其他服務員用很大的嗓門並且用非常難聽的字眼謾罵，聲音大到我坐在餐廳用餐都能聽見的程度。為了不影響家人過年的心情，之後我一直保持沉默，但沉默不是沒有原則，沉默不代表對酒店的品質沒有要求。能理解春節加班服務員的辛苦與不易，但至始至終我都温和有禮，沒有任何的不尊重與冒犯，但是今天早上在全季的遭遇確實讓我在用餐期間產生了不適。希望我用心的真實敍述與反饋能幫助酒店改進後期的服務質量與服務理念。最後，向春節假期工作在一線的服務人員的道一聲：“您辛苦了”。

入住滿意，前台服務好。那前台的工作人員恰似温暖的陽光，驅散了旅途的疲憊。他們的笑容如春日綻放的花朵，燦爛而迷人，讓人頓感親切。每一個詢問都得到耐心細緻的迴應，彷彿是潺潺溪流，潤澤心田。
辦理入住手續時，動作嫻熟且有條不紊，宛如技藝精湛的舞者在舞台上輕盈地舞動。他們還貼心地提供了許多實用的訊息，就像一位位知識淵博的嚮導，為我們指引着探索這座城市的方向。在這陌生的環境中，因着他們優質的服務，我們彷彿找到了家的歸屬感，安心地開啟了這段美好的住宿時光。

訂了兩個房間，請允許我複製剛才對另外一間的評價：
在入住前致電請工作人員幫忙開窗通風，工作人員非常耐心傾聽並迅速安排和友好提醒入住後關窗以防江邊會有灰塵和小飛蟲等越窗飛入。因高鐵是晚上十一點左右到達，工作人員提前致電詢問到達時間。辦理入住速度非常快，工作人員之間高效協作，體現了非常高的專業素養，體驗感極佳！入住後，對房間整體衞生非常滿意，乾淨，整潔，無異味，各種物件擺放有序。後面交接工作後的工作人員也全都如辦理入住的工作人員一樣：專業、友善、耐心傾聽、高效服務。雖不屬於酒店範圍，但遇到的蕪湖的每一位網約車司機師傅也全都是友好熱心的，這次三天兩晚的蕪湖之行太愉快啦！
拖家帶口共訂了兩個房間，一個大床房和一個雙床房，空間非常開闊。比現在入住的杭州全季要大很多，環境也要好很多，工作人員也要專業很多。強烈推薦！
補充：早餐的牛肉湯餛燉很好吃，孩子喜歡😘小蛋糕和沙拉也很美味😋

平時出差很少呆在酒店，這次因為工作安排大部分時間都在酒店裡開會，體會也更深。基礎的設施和衞生都沒得説，電視的投屏wifi等都非常好用，機器人送餐也很方便，早晚還能欣賞到江景。還有提供的茶葉品質也不錯的。
