這次到知竹小苑民宿看到老闆從收茶到製茶，把每一片葉子都當成了“心頭好”，難怪喝他的茶總帶着股子“誠意”——是茶香裏藏着的日曬風吟，是茶湯中融着的手作温度。若你想喝到“會説話”的茶，來知竹小苑便懂了，這一杯，值得細品慢嚥。
