The room was very good, clean and sanitary. The lady at the front desk was also enthusiastic and answered all my questions. There were no shoes for showering. The breakfast was okay. There was no disposable shower cap, which was a bit unsatisfactory.

The room facilities are pretty good, but it's hot and stuffy. A river view room might be better. The service was very bad, especially the breakfast. The food was not cold and lukewarm, and the fried noodles, fried eggs, and milk were ice cold. I must give a bad review, this hotel is really not good. I bought BYHEALTH melatonin in the morning. I took it before going to the hotel and put it on the bedside table. I forgot to take it away when I checked out the next day. I called to inquire. It has been three or four days. Sometimes I said I haven’t seen you, and sometimes I am asking. The cleaning staff, in short, didn't ask or reply, and just shied away when asked. In such a big hotel, they are too incapable of taking responsibility and handling things.
