In Trip.com was written having Air Conditional, carpet very dirty and smelly, shampoo and body shower gel are the same gel causing hair so sticky. It is non smoking floor, but having smoking places at the same floor, broken table stand. Light switch not functional. Not allow to have additional spare room card with excuses not enough room card. Overall very bad experience, it is 1 or 2 star hotel but charged with 4 Star hotel price. Should black list this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and very convenient for travel. It is very close to Wuye Temple, Wenshu Temple, there are many places to eat around. Very nice and beautiful architecture, green environment, fresh air, spacious compound for hanging around.

The best hotel in Wutaishan with its beautiful architecture, green environment, fresh air, spacious compound for hanging around. The hotel itself already a nice tourist attraction and destination. Always feeling like better to stay in the hotel rather than going out if the tourist are crowded during weekends or holidays.

The location of the hotel is OK. It is very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. There is a shopping and dining street nearby. The hotel facilities are relatively old and there is no elevator. The hygiene of the room can be improved. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and the shower has sufficient water. I am quite satisfied with it. The service attitude is also good.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was exactly as described. The bus got off at the intersection of Youyi Road, and there was a little slope to walk into the hotel (we took the bus directly to the gate). Entering the courtyard was a different world, the environment was very good, the lobby was grand, and the rooms were standard. No wonder the bus driver said that Friendship was the largest hotel in Mount Wutai. There are buses outside the hotel, which are very convenient to Wuye Temple, Shuxiang Temple, and Dailuoding for a few stops, and one stop to Wutai Mountain Bus Station, free of charge. It was really cost-effective during the May Day holiday, very satisfied!

It is an older hotel in Wutai Mountain, but the hygiene, location and service are good. The front desk also helped us upgrade the room for free and booked us for Dachaotian the next day. It was great! The breakfast was a bit messy because there were many people, mainly elderly people. It might be more appropriate to use breakfast tickets.
