設施非常破舊，價格輕奢，房間和“輕奢”沒半毛錢關係，房間木地板縫隙都好大，藏污納垢，房間裏一股怪味兒。不提供多餘的水，大冬天住客得跑老遠去買水……不建議，前面那些好評都是刷的吧……地板比前面評論裏這張圖還破

從大廳就能聞到異味，特別像天燃氣，煤氣的那種味道，頭疼，由於預訂了無法再退，衹能忍着，酒店和飯店是一體，從上到下全是這個味道，晚上睡覺衹能噴了香水，戴個口罩睡覺
房間淋浴熱水不可調，水量很小，感覺有細微電流一樣，就很差
第二天起來，整個行李箱裏的衣服，全被那種難聞的氣味覆蓋，果斷沒有續住，很差的一次體驗

朋友推薦的，這個地理位置真是絕佳，就在汽車站旁邊，特別方便，出門不遠就有免費公交站，離中心區和生活區都近，以後去還住這裏

酒店位置極佳，去五爺廟和殊像寺都很方便。距離酒店沒多遠就有免費公交車，兩三站不過一公里就是五台山寺廟羣。酒店衞生和床品都很OK，房間寬敞明亮無異味。酒店二樓餐廳早飯很OK,味道不錯，乾淨衞生。老闆超級好，熱情，耐心，實在，真誠。滿意完美之旅，還會再次光臨的哦。酒店照片沒拍，和介紹圖差不多。

第二次入住雲居，感覺非常滿意，地理位置優越，離汽車站、公交車站都非常近，交通便利，往前走就是繁華的楊柏峪街道，吃飯購物很方便。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，休息很好。老闆和前台都特別好，和善親切。非常滿意

在五台山景區裏，到核心景點區交通便利。緊挨着雲峯寺，可以去雲峯寺看日出。房間木地板，餐廳在二樓，有自助早餐每位十五元。

早歺15元，雞蛋1個，小米粥等，5.6樣，房間沒有電話機，叫個服務員要從樓上走到服務枱，周邊沒有什麼好吃的，服務也沒有接送，中晚餐價格貴，同比隔壁的，當時看到這個酒店還清爽，真的是一言難盡。極力不推薦
