Mount Wutai Qianmo Hotel (Wuye Temple Branch)

The room booked was a 25-square-meter room on the B1 floor of Qianmo Hotel, but the room you stayed in was a 17-square-meter room on the 1st floor of Qianmo Villa. We couldn't book a pass to enter the mountain, so we took the free bus to the main station. The hotel did not provide pick-up or reminder, and you need to drag your suitcase up an 800-meter slope to get there. The experience was very bad. I have been to Mount Wutai several times. This time, choosing to stay here was really bad. There is no service at all. When you raise a question, they never think there is any problem and will only argue with you. On the first day of staying, the pillows and sheets smelled particularly bad, and there were blood stains on the sheets. They were replaced only after strong requests. The toilet paper rolls were also empty. On the second day, the toilet paper rolls were used up, and no one came to clean in the afternoon. I went to the front desk to ask for paper, and was asked if the cleaning staff had changed it. I said that the cleaning staff had not come at all. The front desk said that they did not have any extra room cards, and there was only one card per room, so they could not get in. I was really speechless. This price is not cheap, and it should not match such service. There are always a bunch of people at the front desk who are not sure what they are doing. You have to wait for a long time to talk to them, and you can't get a good attitude. The sound insulation is also poor. I will never come again next time. It is completely different from what I saw in the comments.

It's such rubbish! I've been to Mount Wutai several times, and I thought I'd stay in a hotel closer to the Wuye Temple this time, but it turned out to be rubbish. My order was for check-in at 10:00 on the same day, but when we arrived around 12 noon, they told me that the room had not been cleaned up yet and we needed to wait. I was stunned and said that my order could be checked in at 10:00. After the front desk looked at it, they had nothing to say and said that they would give me a free upgrade. My order was for the basement (B1). I was stunned again and said that I had booked a room with a window. The front desk showed me the order and there really was a small "B1" written on it (the price of 461 on Sunday was actually for a basement. Anyone who has stayed there will definitely understand whether it is suitable or not). Finally, they gave me a free upgrade to 8208 as the front desk said (it was right next to the stairs, it was so lively). OK, I endured all this... The wireless in the room was completely unusable and kept dropping the connection. The most important thing was that my own 5G had no signal in the room! Don't go to this place anymore! It's really rubbish! This price of 461 (check in on Sunday and check out on Monday) is really not worth it! All the B&Bs I've stayed in before that cost more than 300 yuan were much better than this one! The bathroom door was in tatters and the bathroom stank! This "B1" of his is definitely a fraud!

The location is very good. It is a 10-minute walk from Wuye Temple and Shuxiang Temple. In winter, the indoor floor heating is very good and very warm. The service attitude is also very good. The price is also very beautiful. I will choose Qianmo Hotel next time I come to Wutai Mountain!

The room was very clean and adequate for this trip. The best thing is the strategic location. It is very convenient to go to several temples in the central area. It is within walking distance.
