前台人很好，很負責。酒店很有主題特色，相當於農家樂風格，當然有利就有弊，不適合喜歡安靜的人，有音響放音樂比較吵，睡眠淺的不適合入住。

十一期間去三公山玩提前在攜程上面訂的房間。因為三公山是一個小眾景點，沒有什麼人，早上訂的時候，酒店房間還有很多。酒店有三棟，裏面很多房間。入住的時候是下午3點多，不算太遲。但是賓館服務員説房間都住滿了，衹剩下2號樓最拐角處一個房間，我們就被忽悠了住進去。房間一股怪味就算了，電視機也是壞的，服務員來修了半天，房間廁所的返水味，超級難聞。我們在外面吃完飯回來讓其換掉，要不然就給差評，才給換了另外7號樓的另一個房間~這個7號樓所有的房間都是空的，不知道為什麼服務員入住時就不肯給~
