We had a family room, which was clean, big, and with nice family style. We really enjoyed our stay and had also a nice variety rich breakfast. Service in english was very limited but nice. We for sure can recommend the stay.

明明已經問過了，第二天續住導致第二天沒辦法續住，昨天訂房説房間含早餐🍳定房房費1千多 已經加價了 ，今天去吃早飯説沒有，系統沒有顯示，體驗感太差了

環境：房間很大，風景很好，高端大氣。
設施： 房間裏沒有晾衣服的地方，這個和酒店最開始的裝修有關，可以考慮放在房間裏晾衣架。另外，沒有熨衣板和熨斗，沒有體重秤。這些一般五星級酒店都有的東西可以增加一些。
服務： 天氣冷了，空調還未開啟暖風，酒店給了熱暖風，非常感謝。
早餐：早餐很豐盛，超出了我的預期，非常值。
下次還會繼續入住

大家入住之前記得錄像進去檢查房間物品的完整性和損壞程度哦～要小心酒店不退按金啦～可能是現在生意越來越難做了，賺錢的方式也是千奇百怪，退房四個小時後打電話具體情況不詢問，二話不説通知我要賠一千五，後來又説是桌面損壞了，把責任全推顧客身上。
1、不能給我提供具體損壞時間或桌面本身的完好度的錄像圖片
2、無法提供在我們離開四個小時後，有沒有其他人進去或者保潔損壞
3、誣陷顧客，張嘴就來，按金不退，更無法佐證是顧客損壞了物品，平白無故冤枉污衊顧客，你們酒店的錢都是這麼賺來的嗎？
4.在溝通中我提出疑問後，酒店沒有告知我任何這件事情處理的結果，不退還按金。
