自駕遊新疆，看攜程推薦定的酒店，停車方便，房間衞生很好，還可以延遲退房，早餐很豐盛，尤其是小米粥，超級好喝。早上急着出發把衣服忘在了房間，還是酒店小姐姐給我打電話提醒我才知道，還很貼心的給郵寄到了我行程的下一站。真的是太感謝了，維也納國際酒店旅途中的首選😀

家人們，來給大家狠狠避雷維也納酒店（武威天景上海城店）！這趟入住體驗，差到我想原地爆炸！
我開車足足10個小時，大晚上12點35分，拖着兩個孩子（小兒子才3 - 4歲，在懷裡睡得正香 ），疲憊不堪地到了這家酒店。本想着能趕緊進房間休息，結果噩夢才剛剛開始。
前台工作人員態度懶散，辦理入住磨磨蹭蹭，這也就算了。等進了房間，我直接傻眼——房間居然沒有電，空調也打不開。大夏天的，孩子熱得小臉通紅，我心急如焚地打電話給前台求助。
沒想到，前台衹派了個保安過來，他看了一圈，啥應該是無法解決，什麼也沒做就走了。我再次聯繫前台要求換房，可他們卻一直不緊不慢，完全沒有把我們的需求當回事。我就這麼抱着孩子，在走廊裏苦苦等待，這一等，就是一個多小時！
還有可氣的是，同行的朋友，也是一位獨自帶倆娃的媽媽，在給她辦理入住時，前台非要讓她提前補交多一個孩子的早餐費，理由是大床房衹含兩人早餐。大半夜的，孩子都累壞了，誰能保證第二天早上孩子能準時起來吃早餐？別家酒店看到帶娃的家庭，大多都會人性化處理，這家倒好，冷漠又死板。
這一晚上，因為酒店的不作為，孩子沒睡好，大人也折騰得身心俱疲。這樣的服務態度和處理問題的效率，簡直是對“維也納”這個品牌的抹黑！大家以後來武威，千萬要避開這家酒店，別像我一樣，花錢找罪受！

酒店位置還不錯。有自己的地下車庫停車方便。一出門左拐再往上走就有許多賣吃的的，吃飯也方便。房間設施完整，晚上也很安靜。早餐還不錯 ，性價比高。
