Whether it was the handsome guy who came to pick us up at the station at night, the beautiful lady who made us pots of tea during the day, or the handsome guy who sent us to the station after checking out, they were all very enthusiastic and kept introducing us to delicious and fun things. They were awesome! Now that the hardware is similar, software services are a big plus! Moreover, the hotel is clean and comfortable, with a separate courtyard and a full atmosphere. ! I love it! For this, I will go to Zhangye next time! By the way, the location is also super good! Very satisfied!

The room is large with floor-to-ceiling windows to see the city view, the bedding is comfortable, and the laundry room is very convenient.
The soundproofing of the room is slightly worse, and the sound of the TV next to a thin wall is clear. In addition, the miscellaneous TV equipped in the room is a bit worse, just in time for the parade, the brightness and clarity are not enough, I saw a lonely, the boss is strong, this money should not be saved.

We only booked the Haijingtian Business Hotel after a last minute decision to stay overnight at Wuwei. And boy, what a fantastic choice that turned out to be!
The hotel was practically facing the Leitai Tombs Park (our purpose for visiting Wuwei). The interior was lovely and very well-maintained with a bright and inviting lobby. We were served local date tea while waiting to be registered by the pleasant, helpful and very patient receptionist. Then we saw the room we were given. It was unexpectedly very spacious with a separate shower and toilet. We were immediately impressed by how clean and well-equipped the room was.
And the breakfast! It was definitely so much more yummy than the breakfasts we’re offered by some 4* hotels!
Kudos Haijingtian, you are doing a very fine job in every aspect!

GGuest UserAs a family of three, we booked this guesthouse because we wanted to visit the Tiantishan Grottoes. The guesthouse is quite well-established and managed, with the staff being incredibly service-oriented and genuinely friendly. For dinner, the owner's father personally grilled lamb skewers for us, which were absolutely delicious! The homemade steamed buns for breakfast the next day also tasted just like home, providing such a comforting start to the day. They provided excellent transfer services, picking us up from Wuwei city center to the guesthouse and then dropping us off at Wuwei Railway Station the following day. The surroundings of the guesthouse are absolutely beautiful, making it highly recommendable. Our trip to Wuwei was truly worthwhile.

I was told that the hotel is still in the trial operation period. I feel that the hardware configuration is high-end, but the service level needs to be improved. Based on my personal experience, I would like to make the following suggestions:
1. Smoking areas and non-smoking areas must be clearly defined and the hotel must strictly manage them. I personally experienced a guest smoking in an elevator that was marked ”No Smoking” and was shocked. There are ashtrays everywhere in the room and lobby. Does that mean smoking is allowed everywhere? Indeed, I encountered guests sitting in the lobby's reception area smoking many times. This is the first time I have seen such a high-end hotel.
2. The toilet in the room did not flush properly. I reported it to the front desk twice and called the room twice, but no one checked and dealt with it during the entire stay. Flushing after using the toilet depends on luck: sometimes the toilet flushes, sometimes it doesn’t, which is really embarrassing.
3. The guest rooms are not equipped with refrigerators, and it is difficult to store the Chinese medicines that my parents brought.
4. There is no safe in the guest room, which is a bit surprising for a hotel of this level.
5. The service staff was quite enthusiastic, but it was a bit inappropriate for them to knock on the door at 3pm and ask if the room needed cleaning. The guest room had clearly been tidied in the morning, but it woke up the elderly who were taking a nap. Is there no record of the room being cleaned by the housekeeping staff?
6. Booked 2 deluxe view rooms for 2 nights. After checking in, I found that the two rooms were different, and one was much smaller. I went back to the front desk and was changed to another room with a view. I'm just asking, does the hotel guess that guests won't be able to tell the difference between the two rooms? Why not assign rooms according to reservation?
7. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is cozy.

The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.
