酒店就在三陽廣場地鐵19號出口馬路對面，位置好，交通便利。酒店服務沒的説，房間乾淨整潔，空間大，視野還好，整個無錫市中心一覽無餘。下午到酒店，陽光暖暖的，曬着太陽，特別舒服。晚上夜景很美，酒店智能化控制系統，便捷舒心。雖然衹住了一晚，但留下了極為深刻的印象。以後再來無錫，還選擇他家。非常值得推薦！

這個酒店真的可以 地理位置也好，就在市中心，樓下週邊都是商場。 環境還不錯 沒有感覺樓下吵或者怎樣，而且房間也很乾凈整潔，真的是一次很不錯的入住體驗，前台服務到位 態度好，還是很滿意的。吹風機好用，房間設施很不錯 出遊或者短期出差，都是不錯的 主要是房間乾淨 衞生不錯！

清明假期兩晚1300
第一天浴室花灑掉了 酒店更換了 但是入住遇到這樣的事情還是挺噁心的 想想處理挺快就作罷
第一天出來玩休息得很晚 第二天9:00樓上開始施工 分貝絕對到了擾民的程度 酒店聲稱去看了 但是沒有施工聲音
我在樓下聽的一清二楚施工聲一直持續到11:30 店長聲稱是正常施工時間 那我出來玩住店遇到施工就是活該？酒店默認延遲退房兩個小時 這是基本的
前台怯懦 店長不作為 我硬站了一個小時
大家花了2倍溢價在節假日住店 我住兩晚 要求退一晚房費 店家不允 我説退一半 1300退300
店長説也做不到
重點來了 必須要看着我在攜程上寫好評 然後給我100塊 説買我一個開心👏🏻
人在無語的時候真的會笑
真的不配這麼高的評分 不會處理問題 講話邏輯完全不通

酒店在錫上MOHO樓上，分AB兩棟，和蘇寧凱悦以及雅詩閣三足鼎立
步行10分鐘有恆隆和百盛，去南長街要打車，地理位置不算特別有優勢
房間在41樓，全落地窗晚上看夜景還是挺漂亮的，公寓式酒店談不上服務，而且淋浴間我稍微抬個手就會撞到，馬桶沖力也不夠，設備還是和酒店有差距的
櫻花季酒店都溢價，不然這個房價選擇可以有很多，而且停車費還要自付一半，下次應該不會選擇

因為喜歡這裏日景與夜景以及房間面積夠大， 所以已是第二次入住同一房型， 同樣感覺房間清潔衛生，唯一美中不足的是花灑頭的水壓不夠強 ， 幸好衛浴裏有 暖風設備，否則會著涼。
位置交通方便，今次發現酒店下面原來有個入口可以直達地鐵站， 另外食肆也有很多選擇。總括而言，性價比高，值得推薦。

酒店位置非常好，出行方便，在室內屬於地標式建築，也很好找。從酒店出來周邊餐飲很多，距離南長街，南禪寺，古運河，東林書院，都是步行可達。房間設施比較新，使用密碼鎖，前台小哥哥服務周到還給免費升級到高樓層，感謝🙏剛進入房間的時候，從一整面牆的落地窗俯瞰無錫夜景，還是挺震撼的😀

這家酒店是我選了很多酒店最終確定的一家，真的是選對了，雖然酒店前台比較簡單，但工作人員的服務態度真的是把這些瑕疵都給完全帶過了，前台很有禮貌，對客人的問題都是有問必答，我們初次到無錫旅遊有很多不懂的地方，前台很耐心的給我們做解答。房間很乾凈，而且很大。每個房都帶有落地窗，環境非常好。強烈安利這家店！

衞生很差，睡着很癢癢，床上也不乾淨，衞生間地面也不乾淨，前台説阿姨剛打掃完還沒檢查，但是床上頭髮和衞生間地面那麼明顯都檢查不出來嗎？洗澡的時候水會突然變涼，前台説三十分鐘冷一次，但是一個人還沒洗完水就冷了很無語，除了房間大一點真的一無是處，投屏也沒辦法，很差的體驗
