房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施比較齊全，衞生間乾濕分離，床品舒適，停車方便，位置不夠好，周邊沒有餐飲店，服務態度很一般，看不到啥笑容。

首先房間裏的香薰味道很好聞，整體環境也是乾淨整潔，自助早餐品種豐富。酒店的洗髮水也很香，本想退房時購買幾瓶帶回來，無奈東西有點多實在不好拿。期待下次去惠山再入住！

這次是去太湖灣音樂節玩住的這家酒店，首先酒店人員服務熱情周到，房間衞生很乾凈整潔，是非常乾淨，細節打掃非常到位，房間也温馨寬敞。地理位置很方便的，去音樂節一路便捷通暢，距離惠山古鎮很近的，去南長街也很方便。整體體驗很棒，下次有機會還來住。

十一帶着媽媽和孩子出來遊玩，入住了這家全季，地方不錯，門口停車位很多，交通也很方便，離南長街，惠山古鎮，高鐵站都不遠，服務也很到位，早餐餐品豐盛，房間功能很全，吹風機抬手可用，進門的沙發小圓桌，床角的小夜燈，自動沖水馬桶，各種細節設計的都很用心，體驗非常好。
