設施：酒店前台有提供茶水和熱咖啡，行李寄存，停車服務，方便快捷
衞生：一進走廊就有茶香味，一點異味都沒有，寬敞明亮，房間內部也有香味，打掃的特別乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，是我見過最乾淨的一家酒店的衞生間
環境：房間有個大窗户，景色很好，有空調和一個電視，穿衣鏡，掛衣服的地方，離地鐵站非常近，出行也方便
服務：前台服務非常熱情，每次進出都會打招呼，有求必應，微笑服務

酒店交通很便利～離萬達近吃飯都很好解決～去黿頭渚也不遠～房間中規中矩～唯一不足臨近馬路有點吵～但是也不是啥大問題～便利才是王道 在總體滿意～下次再去無錫還會選擇～

整體位置很好，服務很熱情，房間很大，各方面不錯，除了酒店沒有防盜窗，導致晚上睡覺衹能關了，希望增加防盜措施，這樣開着睡覺，開着又有空調聲音，綜合就是位置各方面吃飯最好選擇

和爸媽出遊 訂的家庭房，超級棒！有個小門裡麪還有個小單間，裏面有衞生間，非常適合和長輩出遊的時候住！前台小姐姐服務態度也很好👍門口也可以免費停車，很適合自駕遊住！

房間看起來還可以。但是太悶了，感覺喘不上氣。內窗和別人房間對着，也不敢開窗。冬天晚上熱的睡不着，最後還是開着製冷睡的🥵
