I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool area. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant getaway!

The location is a bit away from the town. A 10 minutes walking distance to the Wanda shopping mall.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Wuxi Xin Qu (Wuxi New Area) train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Considering how warm Wuxi can get in summer, I would have appreciated a few more bottles of the complimentary drinkable water (only 2 small bottles were made available in a double bed room). Apart from this, everything was OK - in line with the Pullman/Accor Hotels standards.

This weekend we've stayed in Wuxi one day. I'd checked lots of hotels, and we selected Pullman hotel at this time.
The choice was correct, service was very good. All of employee were very kind. Inside of room also very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, my son also liked to eat food.
If I go to Wuxi next time, I will choose Pullman hotel again.
