There was a big cigarette butt lying at the door of the restaurant where I had dinner in the morning. 2⃣️No privacy and sound insulation. At seven o'clock in the morning, the upstairs started to wash. I could clearly hear him flushing the toilet, washing, talking, and coughing. The sound of him walking knocked on my head. I could also hear the sound of watching TV next door and the sound of the neighbor opening and closing the door. 3⃣️The hotel service attitude is bad. Because of the strong smell of cigarettes and the noisy environment, I didn't sleep all night. I called the front desk at two o'clock in the morning, and the front desk said that there was no cleaner, and there was no enthusiasm or apology to solve the problem. The attitude is very bad. After complaining during the day, no one came to clean. The whole hotel had no solution to the smoke smell, no sympathy for the damaged guests, no compensation, and an extremely perfunctory attitude. 4⃣️The fire hazard problem is serious. There are no instructions for safe escape in the corridor. No stairs were seen. There is only one elevator to go up and down. Once a safety problem occurs in the hotel, everyone is likely to be trapped inside.
