The Himalaya hotel is in an area where you have many of the international hotels. I chose the Himalaya because I was governed by budget. The only thing budget about the Himalaya is its price. The rooms are of a very high standard. The staff are exceptional and beyond helpful. There is a metro station 500mtrs away. Taxis are plentiful and there is food available all around you.
My son stayed for our first night and they gave us that portable bed for free.

Staff were nice and willing to help with questions. The place itself was a little difficult to find in the dark and not well signposted etc. the escalator up to 3rd floor is not working but there is a lift around the back of the building. The room was clean, with good air con and heating and the bed comfortable. The room was a reasonable size - good amount of storage and a good shower - no real seating area. All in all a positive experience - it is what it describes itself to be - an aparthotel room at a good price - the Ritz it is not and the development is still not completely finished and fitted (like much of this part of Wuxi) I would say but the parts you use (apart from the escalator) are good. There is a big modern shopping mall about 20-25 mins walk with food court and restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.

The room was very clean, the drip coffee looked very high-end, the receptionist was super gentle, she picked me up at the roadside, helped me with my luggage, and sent me to the room. The service was superb.

The room is very nice and big, very clean, very quiet at night, the bed is very comfortable, and the girl at the front desk even drew a route map for me when I came to travel, which is really considerate

The room is spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. The hotel is easy to find, just over 300 meters from the subway station. The service is superb. The front desk lady helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the door of the room. I will stay here again next time. Recommended

The room is great, renovated from a high-end apartment
The service staff were also great. Manager Dai at the front desk also recommended us an itinerary in Wuxi and introduced some particularly delicious farm dishes. The Dongpo pork was amazing. Both adults and children enjoyed several bowls of rice.
There is a problem with the use of the elevator. Since only one elevator was opened during the renovation, the cleaning staff had to share the passenger elevator with guests to carry trash cans. I heard several batches of different customers complain about this, after all, it is a four-star price

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, warm service attitude, clean and hygienic. It is suitable for business trips or short trips. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to take a taxi and there are many breakfast shops nearby. It is recommended to add some things to the minibar in the future.
