I think family room is rarely booked, so the room floor is dusty, bad quality towel, hot water is slow respon. Receptionist services is good n very quick response. The good thing outhere is so many cheap food resto and the location closed to Wuxi Terminal Station.

Bed very hard.
Mosquito, bed bugs and unknown flies everywhere.
Cigarette smoke everywhere even is non-smoking room. It seems like smoke seeps thru aircon.
Non-smoking room having ashtray, is it smoking or non-smoking room that being provided ? I book non-smoking room.
Wifi very bad.

Hotel was very near the metro station. Even though the area wasn’t the best but everything else was great. We only stayed for 1 night so didn’t get to experience the full service but there was no hassle with anything at all.

I booked two standard rooms for a business trip. Relatively speaking, 160➕ for one room is not cheap. There was no one at the front desk. After checking in in the afternoon, I sat in the room and felt a strange smell. When I opened the window for ventilation, the size of the space felt okay. The result I came back in the middle of the night to rest and found that both beds were not clean. One sheet had blood stains on it, which was obviously still used. The quilt covers on both beds had dirty marks and obvious holes. The pillowcases felt black. It feels like it hasn't been changed. I didn't have the energy to replace it with a new one in the middle of the night. Anyway, the hygiene aspect was really unqualified.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the high-speed rail. There are many restaurants nearby and the service from the waiters is very good. The price is also very good and the tourist attractions are not far away. 👍
