Excellent. Clean and comfortable, everything looks new, was given a room with a nice view of Taihu.Friendly and helpful staff, buffet breakfast was good and the Chinese restaurant on 2nd level served good food at reasonable price.Enjoyed my stayed here very much. I usually choose to stay at Shanzhuang when I travel. The environment is OK and the hotel is big, but the location is a little off. The staff are all OK. Xiao Hou at the front desk checked me in quickly and gave me breakfast, which was OK. Xiao Hu at the lobby was also nice. The room was big enough and the hygiene was good.
