The environment of the ancient town is very good and quiet. The housekeeper is also very responsible. He added WeChat one day in advance, sent the hotel location, and asked what time to arrive. When I arrived in the evening, I waited at the entrance of the parking lot and helped with the luggage. I am very grateful to the housekeeper Feng Yukai for his hard work in such cold weather. The room was also air-conditioned in advance, and desserts and fruits were prepared. The details were in place, and the room was also very good, which was the style I liked. The next morning, I went to Yuantouzhu with my husband. At 8 o'clock, I asked the housekeeper to send the children's breakfast back to the room. After returning, I took a leisurely walk in the wetland park next to it. I am quite satisfied with this trip. I will stay here again when I bring my children to Wuxi next summer vacation. I like it very much.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

Stayed in this Rocase serviced apartment, rooms 8601 and 8606 (level 6, not 8). Rooms are very clean, spacious. There are 2 separate bedrooms with a king size bed and a queen size bed in the other. Each has its own ensuite toilet. Equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer combined. Asked reception for detergent powder. Walking distance to nearby 南禅寺 and the street was a delight to walk and shop at after dinner. Good for a 1-2 day stay. Morning International breakfast was a 50m walk away to the adjoining Rocase Hotel basement 1. Only thing is that the reception staff could have been more hospitable and smile more. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Amber,Mr Zhu and Grace for their excellent service. Will definitely stay again

Good location very near the metro (Line 1) which is the line with the stations at popular places to visit. Quiet serviced apartments with washer and dryer. TV didn't connect to the sound bar properly. Resolution of TV programs is low. Room is clean and spacious.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again.

Beautiful resort hotle. Meticulously cared garden coveres 70% of the hotel ground. Excllent location. walking distance to ”Mei Yuan” park and pedestrain path @ the wetland by the lake. Trees, flowers, forgs, toads, ducks and birds. it's a symphony of nature. Both morning buffet and formal Chinese restaurant are very good. Full of seasonal ingredients, local delicacies. delicious. We ate all our meals in the hotel during our stay. Definetely will come back for vacation next time.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.
