At 10 pm, the child couldn't sleep in a certain Jiangzhixing Hotel because of the noise and cried loudly. We changed the hotel to Sheraton at the last minute. The front desk receptionist received us very warmly. The room types and prices changed quickly on weekends. We booked one night according to Ctrip's special price. The front desk reserved a room for the second night for us and bound the new order after the best price on the Internet came out. It was considerate for the guests. The child slept very peacefully that night, without crying or making a fuss. The breakfast was also very rich. Next time I come to Wuxi, I will stay at Sheraton again.

The breakfast is pretty good. The waiter's attitude is pretty good. During the Chinese New Year, there are candies for children to take out. However, it is still more than two kilometers away from Ebizui Park, which is still a long way to walk. Overall, it is ok. The back garden is pretty beautiful and the bed is relatively large.

Roucase Boutique hotel offers a great value for money! You get a 5-star environment, amazing swimming pool, caring and hospitable staff and a spacious comfortable room for the price that is twice lower than other 5-star hotel options in China. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for two days. Very good coffee and fresh juices at breakfast were a great plus! We were very grateful to the hotel staff for helping us with all our requests and will be happy to come again!

I had a very good experience during my stay . Excellent location, right next to Sanyang metro station, spotless room and spectacular views right from the room. The room is a full service apartment with all facilities. The washing machine is very useful. Staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

I had the studio apartment comes with washer and cooking stuff. Pretty big room and comfortable bed. The environment is quiet as it was located inside of the square. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to metro. It was 3 stops away to Sanyang square, busy shopping areas. About 15 to 20 minutes taxi to Huishan ancients town and nanchang Street. There is a family mart near to the hotel. Nothing fancy of the breakfast.

Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again.

The room is large, the decoration is elegant, and the facilities are high-end, which is in line with the old five-star hotel. The disadvantage is that the TV is a bit small. The front desk service is very good, and the attitude of other service staff encountered is also very good. The garden environment is super five-star. The buffet breakfast is very good and rich, comparable to the brunch in many hotels, but the buffet dinner is not recommended. If you go there at 7 o'clock in the evening, it seems like the stall is closing. The cost performance is not high.
