The room is spacious, clean and sanitary. The hotel I chose for a business trip is considered the most upscale hotel in the area. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She issued tickets and gave directions in a timely manner, and also gave me water when I left. Good reviews!

The hotel is very clean and sanitary, with good breakfast and excellent service. It is a warm, comfortable and trustworthy hotel. My lover and I stayed in the hotel for a self-driving trip. The next day we went to Changsha and then to Guilin. When we left, we forgot our suitcase in the underground garage. After we checked into the hotel in Changsha, we realized that we forgot to load the suitcase into the car. We quickly contacted the hotel. The front desk lady immediately contacted the hotel manager and learned that a security guard found the suitcase in the underground garage and handed it to the lobby manager, but we didn't know who left it. After verification, it was our left suitcase, and then we immediately helped to send it to Guilin by express. Here, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the leaders and staff of the hotel!
