超讚的入住體驗，強烈推薦！
這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全（智能馬桶、高清電視、高速Wi-Fi）床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，隔音效果也很好。前台服務員小張熱情周到，面帶微笑、服務貼心，像回家一樣温暖，入住和退房都很高效。而且在退房時還送了伴手禮，細節太到位了。必須給酒店的服務打滿分。下次還會選擇這裏！

和朋友一起清明出遊，本來訂的是靠近古城的一個酒店，過去發現在娛樂會所樓上。。趕緊臨時換了雷迪森，想着大牌連鎖能放心一點
好像是今年新開業的，設施裝修都很新，假期期間也沒漲價很厲害，整體住得還可以，而且有一家自助購物的小商店比較方便
另外提兩點建議，一個是第一天晚上入住時給我們的是臨時卡，第二天需要續卡，這點沒有提前和我們説，在房間門口刷不開房門才發現；一個是打掃房間時沒有補衞生紙，晚上就用完了
在武義還是比較高檔的酒店，希望能越開越好

新開的一家酒店，房間沒有氣味，非常明亮，床品也很舒服，出差一天的疲憊後晚上睡得特別好第二天可以精神滿滿。特別感謝前台小張，給人家一樣的感覺，問哪裡不知道的特別熱情地給我們各種指引。

一開始給了我個房間簡直離譜，房間很大，但是啥也沒有，連個桌子都沒，衞生間淋浴房竟然還是用的浴簾，跟網圖簡直十萬八千里。（如圖片所示）房間味道也很大。簡直顛覆了我對雷迪森的印象。。。問前台説你們房間就是這樣的嗎，他説就是這樣的。。。後來換了個房間才勉強算正常

家庭出遊訂了兩間兩晚，新酒店乾淨寬敞，園區很大風景不錯，適合飯後散步，服務熱情友好，為小朋友特別準備了空氣凈化器、小童牙刷和退房禮物，很愉快的一次旅行，來武義還會入住

一進大堂，寬敞明亮，裝修挺漂亮的，特別是前台小潘熱情周到，服務也是非常的好，有問必答，辦理入住迅速，還貼心介紹酒店設施。
房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，有智能馬桶，窗簾也是智能的，大堂吧還可以喝咖啡
