Lovely resort with 5* service. Was genuinely impressed with the hospitality and impeccable service standards of the staff. Breakfast spread was really good and we truly enjoyed the breakfast despite not being fans of breakfast meals. Would definitely be our choice of stay if we do go back to Wuyishan again in the future.

Because it was a family trip, we booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the driver who picked us up was very nice. In fact, the three-bedroom apartment is three independent rooms on the same floor. The common area in the middle, similar to the living room and corridor, is shared with the residents on the second and third floors. The environment is very good and quiet at night, the facilities are very new, and you can see every step of the way. Maybe it’s because the rooms are small and there are few people. Friends who like privacy may consider coming to this hotel. The lobby manager is nice and sincere, and the housekeeper is helpful in purchasing tickets in advance. Taking a taxi is very convenient. Going to the show is very close, you can walk for 10 minutes or take a taxi for about 6 yuan. When the Da Hong Pao show was coming to an end, I was sitting in the VIP seat in the back row, aisle seat No. 9, single-numbered seat B14, and could actually drink tea served by the actors. I was so envious! It also comes with a handheld iron which is very useful! The smart toilet and Dyson hair dryer are easy to use, and the bedding is also good to sleep on. The height of the washbasin is very friendly to children, and children's slippers were provided for us. As night falls, the chess and card room and the gym are free to use. The children's playroom is very clean and smell-free. The children had a great time playing the ice hockey table game. The tears that the children shed when they left were an affirmation of Tianze! ! Let’s talk about breakfast. Because we have to catch the earliest bamboo paper, we go to the restaurant at 6:30. The hard-working Tianze people have already laid out the plates. The freshly cooked beef brisket noodles are delicious. There are not many varieties but the ingredients are very refined. The intention is very fresh, the Yanpi Bianzi is delicious, my mother is full of praise! All the staff are extremely friendly! The family-style service experience is great!

I booked this hotel when I came to Wuyi Mountain for tourism. The experience was very good. The hotel also upgraded the room. It is not too far from the scenic area and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The facilities are complete and the sanitary conditions are good. The room is large, the breakfast is particularly rich, the coffee is freshly ground, the service is in place, especially the front desk is very enthusiastic, the fruit and tea are also good, and they also gave me souvenirs before leaving. This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed at. The service is very warm. When I arrived there late at night, the woman at the check-in desk walked me through the various attractions in the Wuyishan Scenic Area, and provided a helpful map. Similarly, when I left, the hotel staff helped me arrange my taxi to the train station. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. They provide water bottles and Wuyishan tea. The shower was very comfortable, too. The room was a great place to relax after a long day of mountain climbing. There are many good amenities too. They sell Wuyishan tea sets at the front desk for a reasonable price. They have a self-service laundry room. They also have a yummy hot breakfast buffet for $25, which I think is reasonable as well. The woman running the breakfast buffet was very warm too. Finally, the location is good for exploring Wuyishan. There is a bus stop 3 minutes away where you can catch a free city bus to the South Entrance. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the Wuyi Palace, and there is a city bus you can catch to there too. The Sangu District, where the hotel is located, is clean and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed walking the main road at night. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Wuyishan.

Very good location which is about 1.5 km from south entrance to Wuyishan park and Impressions Dahongpao theatre. We actually walked to there. There’s a MacDonald across the main road opposite the hotel. We came to the hotel from Wuyishan North Station and went to Nanping Station on departure. The hotel is equidistant from both stations. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We also enjoyed their buffet dinner which had a wide spread of Chinese & Western menu, plus a sashimi & sushi counter. Overall, value for money and a pleasant stay.

She patiently guided the production of lacquer fans, pounded tea and ancient rubbing. She talked about the details and inheritance of the pounded tea culture, and taught me to grind the fragrant tea soup; very professional and enthusiastic. In addition, the hotel's detailed service is commendable: the lobby and restaurant are equipped with Wuyi rock tea and Zhengshan Xiaozhong for guests to taste. In the morning, you can see the green mountain tea fields when you open the window, and you will feel refreshed. At night, you can also stroll in the courtyard and listen to the gurgling stream. When I checked in, I specifically confirmed the situation with the front desk and learned that it was an emergency. Only decided to stay! First of all, the hot water in the hotel room is normal, the room heating is also very hot, the most important thing is that the room is large, the large windows are very light, the hotel has free parking, the front desk staff told us a lot of suggestions on the itinerary, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the service is very timely, I am really satisfied with this stay!
