Generally decent hotel with good facilities in room though lights have to be turned off section by section (master switch didn’t seem to work). Breakfast came with a good selection of local delicacies e.g., 汤圆. The hotel also offers shuttle services to nearby attractions (check with front desk). Our stay did coincide with a major conference of a thousand participants and we were dismayed by the indoor smoking. The whole lobby was saturated with cigarette smoke. It was very uncomfortable, unbearable at times, when we were in the lobby and breakfast lounge. Thankful to the staff 张经理 (Winnie) and front desk officer 书艺 for making our stay a pleasant one; latter helped us patiently with our queries since it was our first time in WYS and former made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip.

很滿意的一次武夷家庭行，房間設施維護保養的不錯，環境好， 生態環境很好，茶文化濃郁，體驗活動豐富有趣，有擂茶，手工茶皂製作等等。交通便利，前台賓客經理書藝熱情，服務靈活及時。前台人員彬彬有禮，國家級茶主題文化酒店推薦，交通便利，套客房乾淨整潔，有陽台風景也是超級贊。

山莊環境優美，依山傍水。建造雖有點年限，但是整體配套好。山莊體驗活動特別多，活動豐富，有諸如擂茶、點茶、盲品、製作漆扇、茶皂等等，體驗很贊。酒店佔地面積大，安靜舒適，後花園古碼頭負氧離子含量高。大堂經理書藝和Joan熱情周到，親疏適宜。會主動為旅客介紹攻略，提供幫助。早餐新鮮有當地特色，客房乾淨舒適，有陽台風景好，下次還會選擇山莊

一家以茶文化為主題的酒店，處處顯茶香，住了三晚，酒店面積大 環境優美，離度假區5到8分鐘車程，大堂經理小吳服務熱情，有任何問題隨時可以在線諮詢，很方便！另外酒店客房乾淨整潔 風景很好，有一個大的客廳，陽台對面風景很好！一家人住得很開心！

入住大紅袍山莊的體驗每一處細節都令人心生歡喜，客房設計將中式雅韻與現代舒適巧妙融合，原木色調的傢俱搭配全景落地窗，晨起推窗即是雲霧繚繞的茶山景緻。酒店的茶元素體驗也是處處看看運營的細節，茶香、歡迎茶水、大紅袍山莊自製的茶冊，客房的功夫茶具和文化的書籍。最讓人感動的是充滿温度的服務，夜床服務的茶湯泡腳、管家團隊總能預判需求，客房的工程維保、星空泳池體驗温度和體驗感給予點贊。
餐飲體驗主打“茶香入饌”的創意料理，巖茶熏製的脆皮雞、茶香鴨、本地特色的薰鵝，每日現採的時蔬與早餐的奉茶儀式，口味和儀式感滿滿。佔地百畝的户外園林就是一個小武夷山，酒店內的崇陽溪古碼頭涼亭自足品茗讓我們也體驗一次山居户外喝茶的樂趣。這個季節也是酒店果子成熟的時候，現摘品嚐的有機枇杷吃出了小時候吃果子滋味。

房間很大，乾淨衞生，早餐茶葉蛋很有特色，紫溪粉很好吃，賓客關係經理Joan提前聯繫，詢問客房喜好，並介紹了武夷山的遊覽路線和行程安排、很貼心。如果不是因為第二天酒店有會議滿房了，本來要住三天的。
