老闆娘人特別好，幫忙規劃路線和出行建議，不僅幫忙預訂印象觀演票還幫忙解決票務問題；民宿位置在民俗村，沒有住在三姑度假區熱鬧，但是好在村口就是K1和免費公交站點，無論去高鐵站還是景區都很方便。

一次非常好的入住體驗！民宿離離景區很近，駕車幾分鐘就到了，停車非常方便。從大廳到房間都很乾凈，新裝修的簡約時尚温馨，看着非常舒適。空調也很給力，房間很暖和。老闆娘很熱情友善，邀請我們喝自家產的高山茶，味道好極了。還很用心向我們科普了大紅袍茶文化，介紹了南源嶺民宿村的變遷發展，讓遊客有賓至如歸的感覺。下次來武夷山，還住欣欣民宿！

房間乾淨、整潔，住得舒適、安靜。出門可以坐免費公交車能夠直接到景區很方便，淡季人少非常適合輕鬆遊玩。老闆娘非常熱情好客，我晚上快十一點到還來接我非常感謝！在老闆的茶室可以品到自家的茶，茶很好喝～好評好評值得推薦給大家！

國慶放假帶兒子過來玩，朋友介紹的欣欣民宿，果不其然沒有讓我們失望，一家三口我們選了一間雙床房，1.5米的床，睡的很舒服，房間設計不錯，空間感挺好，一點不壓抑，陽光照射也很充足，還可以泡茶，房間設備很新，沒有一點味道，整體感覺非常不錯，關鍵還有一點，不得不誇誇老闆娘，人美又熱情，不懂的問她，都會給出笑容式的建議，還幫我搶到當天的大紅袍門票，哈哈，真是幫我省了不少時間，好給力的！這次衹玩了2天一夜，計劃有點晚，還是有點趕的，小孩7號就要念書了，衹能按計劃先回，下來再來要多住上幾天，再來欣欣民宿！還有哦，附近好吃的也很多，建議大家要來武夷山多玩幾天！慢慢吃，買了好多特產，也算滿載而歸啦！開心的收穫😘😘😘開💗💗

環境：環境很不錯，裝修很新，我之前一直住在温德姆，這個雙人間比温德姆還大，窗簾自動開關很方便，廁所乾濕分離做的也很好。
服務：前台應該是老闆娘吧，態度巨好，停車方便。
樓下還有可以泡茶的茶台，沒有拍，經濟實惠，強推！
