It is located in the villa area, with very good conditions, a balcony, washing machine, and a kitchen with induction cooker, pots, etc. It's just that it's not easy to park in the villa area during holidays. There are too many cars. Every time I come back late, I have to park outside.

是在別墅裏的公寓房，兩間一廳一衞，適合住三人，因為能自己燒點菜啥滴，可是實現不了，衹好作罷。周邊沒什麼吃的，吃的要開車十幾公里去城裡或者度假區吃，所以衹適合自駕。好處就是安靜、離景區近。停車方便。

建發地產的山外山別墅項目。各方面都不錯，管家還幫着升級到了泳池別墅。應該是因為房地產項目改返租酒店，有幾點問題：
1、房間細節和庭院、露台的衞生不理想。
2、居住改酒店，比較多應該配置的裝置缺失或不合理，如衞生間沒有一個掛鈎、浴巾架、廁紙架等。
3、泳池別墅有一個房間要通過室外進入，而且沒有衞浴配置，泳池的水放了兩天都放不滿，晚上的燈光嚴重不足。
4、位置在武夷山來説稍偏，要預留多一點交通時間。
