Our Stay at Yuehua Hotel was a really good experience. The service is impeccable and excellent. The front desk staff, Xiao Qiu, processed things quickly and professionally. The room cleaning was thorough. The hotel's location is great, convenient for travel. It's very convenient to choose to stay here whether for tourism or business trips. The lobby manager, Xiao Meng, is very polite and friendly, always paying attention to the guests' experience and flexibly arranging breakfast for guests. The hotel lobby is elegant and grand, with soft lighting creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Staying at the hotel is very comfortable, and the breakfast and recreational facilities are also very good! Recommended.

The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit cold. The air conditioning in the room is not easy to use. The room is big enough. The breakfast is very unpalatable. Sorry, five stars 🌟. Don't book the travel agency in the hotel; don't step on thunder, because it is from Xiamen to Zhejiang, passing by Wuyi Mountain and thinking of going to play on the way. The hotel is also booked temporarily. I saw that the hotel was next to the bamboo raft departure. After checking in, I asked whether to buy tickets. I was recommended to the travel agency in the hotel and asked how to book bamboo raft tickets. I was told that there were no tickets for the next day. The tickets they had were all packages, which needed to be purchased at an additional price. We were twelve people, big and small, and the original price of 200 bamboo car tickets was increased to 260. Another 300 yuan was required to hire a tour guide. Children and children were also charged the same price. It is equivalent to 12*260+300. Originally, I came out to play and didn't return disappointed, so I bought their package. The next day, I set off to take the bamboo raft. I was told by Wuhan tourists who took the bamboo raft together that bamboo raft tickets could be bought at the bamboo raft ticket office in the morning 😂. I felt that we were fooled and shouldn't be so credulous about the travel agency in the hotel. Write for your reference

The hotel is very beautiful, a model of Song Dynasty aesthetics. It takes a long time to walk around. The housekeepers Xiao Fan and Xiao Jie are very responsible. The breakfast is rich and the amenities of L'Occitane are very useful. I like this hotel very much and will stay here again next time.

We stayed at a two bedroom & three bedroom apartments. It’s completely new, built in 2023. Everything looks so chic. Small kitchen in each room; laundry room, gym in the building. The whole resort nests in a well landscaped area, river by the side with beautiful mountain view. The walkway in the back along river is great for jogging and morning walks. There are many varieties in breakfast. Definitely a place for family getaway.

Very good location which is about 1.5 km from south entrance to Wuyishan park and Impressions Dahongpao theatre. We actually walked to there. There’s a MacDonald across the main road opposite the hotel. We came to the hotel from Wuyishan North Station and went to Nanping Station on departure. The hotel is equidistant from both stations. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was adequate. We also enjoyed their buffet dinner which had a wide spread of Chinese & Western menu, plus a sashimi & sushi counter. Overall, value for money and a pleasant stay.

She patiently guided the production of lacquer fans, pounded tea and ancient rubbing. She talked about the details and inheritance of the pounded tea culture, and taught me to grind the fragrant tea soup; very professional and enthusiastic. In addition, the hotel's detailed service is commendable: the lobby and restaurant are equipped with Wuyi rock tea and Zhengshan Xiaozhong for guests to taste. In the morning, you can see the green mountain tea fields when you open the window, and you will feel refreshed. At night, you can also stroll in the courtyard and listen to the gurgling stream. The restaurant's Dahongpao tea eggs and local dishes are also delicious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. A perfect experience of blending culture and nature. Next time, I will choose to stay at Wuyishan Dahongpao Villa!

The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is a big brand hotel and is close to the scenic spot. It is convenient for traveling with children. We booked a 2-meter bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. Because it is inconvenient to take a bath with a baby, we upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The hotel also has a children's playground, a rich buffet breakfast, and a good hotel environment. There are not many people in the scenic spot in this season, and the bamboo raft is very comfortable.

選擇武夷山太偉風景酒店主要原因就是看到酒店宣傳頁標註是2022裝修，但實際感覺設施比較陳舊（比如衞生間門應該是之前的，而且推拉開關非常費勁，還有其他就不細表），可能是局部或者某座樓是新裝修。房間衞生到是乾淨衞生，酒店地理位置不是在武夷山三姑度假區的核心位置，離茶博園，印象大紅袍，武夷山景區南北門有點遠，出行需要打車，車程10分鐘，15塊錢左右。好處是遠離商業街很安靜，酒店周邊基本都是品茶的茶館，餐館很少，吃飯衹能定外賣，外賣送到門口，由機器人送到房間。入住有歡迎水果（香梨，香蕉，小西紅柿）以及瓶裝水，後面續訂兩晚也給了，自助早餐98一位，熱菜涼菜水果都有，比較豐富，能吃飽，早餐到10點，應該是節約成本已經避免浪費，我是9點半到的，菜品很多是空的。預訂酒店有套餐贈送，包含接送機1份+球場擊球券一張（含30粒球）1份+凈桑（男士專享）1份，我對酒店唯一不是太滿意的就是套餐贈送的問題，首先説明接機沒有問題，衹是在首次辦理入住時前台沒有任何提示有關贈送套餐的訊息，等我遊玩回來想帶孩子打高爾夫球，到前台詢問地點，前台才給我打球劵，到了高爾夫球場地工作人員表示這時場所營業時間已過，好在高爾夫球的工作人員比較通融，讓孩子打了30個球。再此對高爾夫球工作人員表示感謝。既然是贈送項目就大大方方的送，在客人辦理入住時前台應該是第一時間將贈送項目營業時間，是否需要預約，在酒店的什麼位置等細節告訴客人。除了贈送項目上沒有主動告知外，總體來説酒店服務不錯。本來不想在服務打五分，但這樣是對酒店的樓層服務員，大堂禮賓部工作人員有些不公。
