Quite beyond expectations, booked a twin room for one night from the platform. The guy added me on WeChat in advance and asked what time we would arrive so that he could turn on the air conditioner and heat it up in advance. After arrival, they helped us carry our large suitcases to the room, and there was also a plate of welcome fruit in the room.
