老闆非常地熱情，會主動建議你景點路線，熱心回答問題，房間乾淨整潔。民宿位置很好，步行幾分鐘就到彩虹橋。離思溪村開車15分鐘。門口方便停車，對面有個小型停車場，停車場滿的話老闆也會幫留側方車位。國慶期間，門口馬路車流不大，方便篤悠悠停車。吃晚飯，早飯的話繼續向前走就可以，還有很多家平價中型超市，方便補充物資

房間設施較好衞生整潔，環境優美前通街就餐方便、窗户面對山地綠色優美，老闆娘非常熱情服務周到，性價比特高這是一家非常好的民宿，我已住過兩次下次再到清華還會選擇憶江南民宿。

老闆老闆娘真誠、聰明、敬業。熱情、大方，不計較。經營的理念，與時俱進、求真務實。老闆有時兼做導遊和司機。讓人感覺是真正回家《行攝之家》了。我年近八十，老闆娘很體貼地給我提了好幾條行攝建議。讓我不跑空趟，提高效率。清華鎮是婺源北線旅遊的交通樞紐。以此為據點，到北線各景點旅遊特方便。旅館裏掛滿了遊客在當地拍攝贈送的作品。有温度、有品位。房間熱水、空調都很好。很衞生。隔音也很好，晚上睡覺很安靜。馬路對面還有小停車場。停車方便。

房間非常乾淨整潔，裝飾很有品味。老闆娘態度熱情，非常熱心幫着介紹景區和規劃路線，無微不至，第二天早晨上車前還特意煮了玉米送上房間。表示非常感謝！樓頂有天台可以休息和晾衣服。
