The room is in excellent sanitary condition, the bed is comfortable and clean, the breakfast has a variety of varieties and is delicious, and the service staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, this hotel performs well in terms of hygiene, catering and service, and is worth recommending to friends who want a high-quality accommodation experience. And it's very close to Guoqiang's hand.

PPeterA nice hotel with a friendly staff. The location is convenient for travel to the town itself. I would gladly stay here again.
Important note! The cab driver initially took me to the wrong hotel. And unfortunately Trip.com only shows the Chinese name in the hotel listing.
However note the photo of the front of the hotel! A huge sign at the entrance indicates ”Kaili Boutique Hotel”! Don't let anyone
”accidentally” take you somewhere else!

OOtautahianThe hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away.
The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me.
Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

GGuest UserThe actual picture does not match the picture. I was cheated by the swimming pool on the picture. The actual swimming pool did not put water. It was not open for a long time. The homestay did not understand the flexibility. The S board. I wanted to build a homestay but did not do the service of the homestay premised on warmth. I have lived in so many homestays, high-end, mid-end, low-end. This is a so-called homestay with no temperature and no human touch at all. First, I didn’t contact the passenger in advance to inform the check-in precautions, positioning, the actual check-in location, etc. Our whole village went around, and finally called Trip Virtual phone to contact customer service. If it is not self-driving, I haven't found it for a long time. Second, I actually use my height to measure the first-grade children. I must charge the breakfast meal fee. Which homestay is so stingy? Yes, the price clearly stated that it included 2 breakfasts, and the people sent 3 copies was human, but this wave of operations was too lack of a homestay atmosphere. Why do you choose a homestay to stay in a hotel? The price of a homestay is more expensive than a hotel. I chose a homestay because I hope to be at home. The temperature of home, but, sorry, this homestay, Not at all.
