旅店地處偏僻，但周遭一段距離有餐館、商店。大廳雜物堆積，因畜犬貓，多少有些氣味。老板娘親切，因初見臺胞證，告不接待外賓；然訂房平臺註明可也，乃主動聯繫派出所，確認得以通融。
普通雙人間，衛浴共用，價格低廉。空間稍狹，照明昏暗，但有對外窗，地磚、壁紙，典型招待所配置；各處都有歷久之塵污、鏽蝕、破漏，但也可見店家努力灑掃，維持基本整潔。
設備除倆單床及一張行軍床外，有條桌、床頭櫃、平面電視、燒水壺、衣帽架。二、三孔插座計有四組，但配置不均；WiFi訊號尚佳。
共用衛浴別為二間，蹲便頗為簡陋，淋浴則開闊但堆積雜物；供拖鞋，但未供毛浴巾及洗沐乳、吹風機，水量一般，足熱，排水良好。
訂房平臺顯示提供空調，然而僅天花板垂下一簡易風扇，若要啟用冷氣，得另加價；且幸吳忠入夜還涼爽，開窗加上風扇也足。
