本來是一次普通的入住，沒啥特殊的好也沒有特殊的不好，但因為這裏的工作人員跟我的溝通方式，讓我很不舒服，我還是決定寫個評論，客觀寫，絕不誇大其詞：首先，公寓地段不錯，房間空間都也大，擺設也舒服，衹是入住第一晚看到浴巾上有一根粘得很嚴實的腋毛，肯定不是我的，因為我剛進房間上廁所就看到了，我用紙巾包住用力扯下了腋毛扔掉，這個價位我也不指望細節很乾凈，而且一根腋毛也可能是偶然性事件，想想算了沒告訴服務員；其次，入住到第二晚的時候，廁所的下水道出現了反臭，刷牙都憋着氣，容易引起反胃，但是誰家下水道不會定期反臭呢？我覺得也是正常的，所以也沒説，但當我反饋給服務員的時候，她不但沒接納我的意見和理解我，反而説“你是第一個這麼説的客户”這是萬達的問題不是我們公寓的問題”正常人來感受下，我就想問問，我是不是第一個客户聞到反臭重要嗎？你聽着解決不就完事了，有啥必要發其他客户截圖給我呢？人跟人感受不一樣，其他客户感覺好不好跟我啥關係？還有萬達我管不着，我定的你家公寓，你們收了我的錢，就應該接納我的建議，這是服務態度，理解我就完事了，沒必要責任推給萬達！我就想問問我為啥需要萬達來解釋？你們自己買個清潔劑沖下完事兒，下一個客户就不會被臭到，真不會聊天。mi其實我真的不想寫差評，因為整體入職還算滿意，衹是這裏工作的服務員這溝通方式吧，真的讓人很不舒服，聽着就完事兒，非要反駁，反駁贏了對你有啥好處？搞不懂。很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意#服務

房間挺乾淨，但是環境比較一般，房間面積倒是也比較大，樓層在高層外邊風景也不錯，休息了一晚整體來説還不錯
