設施：無熱水，開很久還是温涼的
衞生：打掃不乾淨上一個住客的牙膏還在，一次性牙刷被撕開了也不換。
環境：裝修精緻
服務：發票服務不好，態度不好
不建議商務出差特別是有發票需求的入住

地理位置很好，樓下就是梧州最熱鬧的商圈，全是吃的，景點也都在附近。
下次來綠走還住這裏。

燈是壞的，非常昏暗房間又小，房間的牆臟臟的，給人感覺不乾淨，還有就是這個房間是沒有窗的，屋子有一股個人覺得很難聞的味道，散不去，發黴的一樣，這不像酒店。。，在這睡一晚上感覺自己都臭了臟了，拖鞋穿的賊啦疼。唯一的好處。就是這裏交通比較方便，樓下就是公交車站，到處是吃的， 但是住的很憋屈。。。，真心建議裝修一下，白瞎這麼好的地段 ，

這是我住過最爛的酒店了，而且説實話梧州酒店大多都偏貴，平民一點的又破又爛。 設施陳舊，房間小，什麼東西都像是爛黴的氛圍，太爛了花點錢裝修一下吧，這麼好的位置。
