空調不夠給力，晚上回來修了但是到凌晨還是一樣不涼快。
WiFi也是，連接經常會斷開。連了兩次最後的放棄了。
酒店設施比較舊，燈光也是不夠亮，是那種黃光的燈光，沒有全身鏡，也不好化粧。
酒店人員服務還是可以的，需求都是及時反映的。
忘記拍酒店照片了，上傳出去拍到照片。

服務熱情，升級了豪華雙間，房間寬敝明亮。好停車。旁邊有吃粵菜的，藤縣飯館的田螺鴨爪煲口味好。冰泉豆漿店和五福堂龜齡膏店要走一段。房間就是不隔音，臨街，白天外面汽車聲響有點吵。電吹風老舊用不了。

出外選擇酒店，一直本承寧可訂貴也絕不將就的原則，沒想到，僅僅因為在該酒店中餐廳宴請訂包廂，而隨手選定的酒店客房竟然如此性價比奇高。
由於宴請需要，在附近難以找到適合16人用餐的包廂，經過當地人推薦，凱華大酒店中餐廳有合適我要求的商務宴請包廂，而且最重要的是菜品都是現做，並且沒有預製菜，想着宴請需要喝酒，酒後也需要客房就近休息，實地順帶看了看客房，沒想到啊，酒店客房寬敞嶄新明亮不説，乾爽乾淨整潔程度出乎意料，更意想不到的是，客房裡還提供有一盒印有酒店logo的火柴！！！火柴呀！這東西不是已經進博物館了嗎？我多嘴問了下服務員：你們酒店還給客人備有火柴？服務員俏皮的回我：這是為您孤單的旅途多增添一絲温暖呀！這回答簡直是細節中的神來之筆，簡潔中又帶有商務的裝修風格，凸現時尚又不失特色。而洗漱衞生間實行乾濕分離，一次性拖鞋和洗浴拖鞋同時備有，洗漱間裏竟然還掛有框畫，是想讓我蹲個馬桶都覺得心情舒暢嗎？！因為是定了兩晚客房，客房服務竟是按五星酒店標準執行一日一整一潔一換，摸着嶄新鬆軟厚實的四巾（手巾、臉巾、浴巾、防滑巾）讓我內心大呼，這次兩百一天不到的房費真是血賺了
