過年出遊，自然找大一些的酒店，卻遭遇失望。停車場飽滿，咱認了，過年嘛。晚9點入住房間，兩瓶水被打開喝了小半瓶，一次性馬桶套也被使用了，電話告知總枱，希望改正並送一床被子。沒動靜，下樓又跟前台交待了第二遍。等11點吃好飯回來，酒店竟然沒有動作。再跑了趟前台，盯着才把物品送進房間。
再説房間設施，淋浴房發黴，淋浴房玻璃的水垢厚，花灑卡頭也是壞的，洗手盆下水漏水，衞生間地上一大灘水。
這2021年裝修的酒店，除了布草較新，而設施卻破敗如此，可見酒店管理水平低下，日常維護差，人員服務意識和能力都跟不上，前台貌似高級管理人員翻着白眼，唉😮💨更別説房間內處處都掛着付費物品，估計靠這些個伎倆賺錢吶。
今時今日 這樣的服務是不行的 會被淘汰的！

春節期間自駕遊訂酒店，這個酒店停車有保障非常好。酒店靠近江邊，出行比較方便。就是不包早餐，酒店外的早餐沒有那麼方便。

位置離騎樓街大概6km，在長州區市中心，早餐20元沒有什麼東西吃，不值，房間大，價格低，裝修新，對面街有地方早餐，小朋友住的非常開心。自駕車的朋友可以住這裏，比騎樓街花算很多！

酒店比較老雖然重新裝修過，入住當天客人很多，等收拾房間，電梯檢修一個還得等電梯。房間條件一般，衞生堪憂，有不明毛髮，茶几地上還有上一位的煙頭。燈光照明不足。

先説好的吧，位置:河西的中心，交通較方便，周邊有商場，樓下對面馬路有東西吃，但是有點貴，不知道是過年加價還是平常也是這麼貴的呢？前台服務:比較有禮貌，還行這方面。房間類型:也比較大，真的寬闊的。好了，到説不好的了，首先強烈投訴的就是空調，不知道為什麼，房間空調這麼調温度，都是保持在24，25度之間，究竟是怕客人調得太低冷着呢？還是怕客人用電太多呢？過年冷天啊，室內也覺得熱的，哪夏天這麼辦呢？隔音非常差，之前看評論也有人説隔音差，這還是真的，我已經住很高了，關窗户居然還聽到外面的車輛聲音，這也可能因為酒店就在三條馬路的中間吧，交通比較繁忙，但也至於居然關上窗户還能夠聽得清外面的聲音吧，有人衹要在走廊走過説得稍微大聲一點也聽得很清楚的，還有一點更離譜的就是，在沖涼房居然能夠聽到樓上的水聲，而且還是非常大聲的，旁邊或者樓上有東西例如凳子搬動的聲音，居然也聽得見，這隔音究竟有多差啊？停車場非常小，晚一點來或者車稍微多一點就沒停車位要自己去外面找車位了，搞得住的時候怕回來沒車位都不敢開車去。最後來過中性一點的吧，這酒店有點歷史的了，各項東西設備都有點舊，如果對這方面介意的話請繞路！
