評論差評裏面説酒店隔音差的不行，原來是真的很不行，需要安靜睡覺休息的旅友需要慎重考慮。
停車場在酒店背後，但是過夜需要收錢，20一晚，酒店報銷10塊錢。垃圾酒店。收費不單衹，位置還非常不好停，對於女司機或者新手們非常不友好。洗手間牙刷套裝有牙刷沒牙膏，房間牆紙是剝離狀態，連續定了兩晚柏曼，發現每間柏曼都是房間電視有問題，要麼不可以投屏要麼沒有網絡電視，非常不科學。

房間在馬路邊，但比較安靜，噪音不大。周邊大商場、早餐店、美食店較多，十分方便，附近有梧州人社服務中心，辦事方便。服務員禮貌周到，幫忙解決換房問題。酒店後面有停車場，不是酒店的，一天收費30元，有點小貴。

衞生：大姐做的衞生很乾凈很細心
設施：還行 比較新
環境：電梯和樓下商鋪混用有點嘈雜
服務：多從客人角度出發吧 第一 提前詢問客人是否續住並且及時下好續住訂單 不要讓客人在前台扯皮價格的問題 很尷尬 第二 延遲退房的問題 住了六天大概是 最後一天催促十二點退房 理由是前一天沒有用攜程下的訂單而是去前台續的房 前台其實並沒有什麼毛病 但是對於酒店服務來説 給客人的感覺是不夠温暖與貼心 最後我退房的時候 前台直接找我問我能不能給好評 我覺得可以先詢問一下客人的體驗與感受再要好評 以上為個人入住感受

設施：新酒店整體設備不錯，挺新。但是房間晚上噪音特別大，關不掉，走廊也有噪音，整晚失眠
衞生：還可以，房間剛剛打掃完，煙味重，沒有無煙房
環境：位置挺不錯，對面就是商場，但是樓下和樓上都是商鋪，酒店衹有兩層，電梯共用
服務：東呈裏面最不好的體驗，其他地方都很熱情，這裏延遲退房前台被要求出示好評才可以，自己聊天也不理人，前台很不會講話，跟別的比太差了
