房間不錯不錯的，挺大的房間，床特別大，就是有點硬，很喜歡這樣的被子，蓋着舒服。空調也是比較新的，質量不錯，沒有那麼大的噪音。服務員打掃衞生的很乾凈，很認真的，謝謝！

第一次來梧州選擇貝殼是正確的，酒店位置出行方便，房間清潔衞生整齊乾淨，早晨品種豐富口味適中，特別是服務人員素質高，態度熱情周到細緻，彷彿到家的感覺。下次一定還會選擇這裏！

拿到卡就進入電梯，電梯要用卡才能上這點很好，房間很大雖有點舊但很乾凈整潔，2個人入住裏面衹有一張椅子，另一個想坐衹能坐在床上這改進一下好點。還有1百多塊又送早餐真的是經濟實惠，原本想住一晚覺得好又住多幾晚，贊贊！

整體體驗比較平淡，酒店的裝修風格比較陳舊，缺乏新意。房間隔音效果不太好，晚上能聽到走廊和隔壁房間的聲音，影響睡眠。早餐種類有限，口味也很普通，沒有什麼值得推薦的菜品。服務人員態度還算禮貌，但沒有提供特別貼心的服務，就普普通通的一次入住。
