非常糟心的一次酒店體驗
自駕中國五年有餘，行程 30 多萬公里，落腳中國近 300 個城市，入住各種星級酒店無數，頭一次體驗酒店自助餐廳的“等外待遇”。
提前一天預訂了“梧州江濱國際酒店”，第二天下午四點到達，辦理入住手續的同時諮詢前台小妹相關酒店自助餐的事情，前台小妹當場回覆説下午六點可以過去就餐。
健身完畢，下午 5:45 再次來到酒店前台，詢問酒店自助餐廳地點和就餐時間，酒店前台小妹回覆説現在就可以去自助餐廳就餐。
興沖沖來到酒店 2 號樓二樓自助餐，找現場負責人購買自助餐事宜，酒店自助餐廳現場負責小妹非常冷酷的問到：有預訂嗎？
我們説，今天下午剛到酒店辦理入住，沒有預訂。
這位冷若冰霜的小妹立即回覆：沒有預訂，不能就餐。
我們一再解釋，酒店是提前一天預訂的，預訂酒店的時候，沒有任何人提醒我們預訂酒店還要同時預訂屬於酒店的自助餐。
這位冷酷小姐姐不給我們任何解釋的機會，説沒有預訂，就是不能就餐。
哈哈，好吧。
奇葩事情遇見多了，也就見怪不怪。
此時，恰逢 2025 年的大年初五，是家家户户“接迎財神”的好日子，遇到把“財神客户”拒之門外的餐廳領班，如之奈何？？？
那就走唄
你不歡迎，咱就換地。
酒店出來就是梧州特色美食“老梧州”，大年初五，早已客滿，老闆仍然想方設法給我們兩個人安排了一個大包間。
沒有比較就沒有傷害。
令人開心的是晚上回到房間，酒店大堂經理就此事致電一再道歉，極大程度上彌補了這次奇葩經歷的傷害程度。
江濱國際酒店整體上看硬件設施一般，早餐比較簡單，健身房配置簡陋。
酒店門口保安缺乏責任心
前台服務不到位
酒店自持自助餐廳和酒店之間缺乏有效閉環管理。
上述問題綜合反應酒店管理無序，相關培訓不到位。
幸好有了那位大堂經理的及時道歉，
幸好品嚐到“老梧州”的美食，
幸好遇見梧州六堡茶“種茶伯”。。。
