房間還是很大，地理位置優越，街對面就是騎樓城和步行街，我們訂的是江景房很不錯，窗外步行道鮮花盛開很漂亮。但電梯很慢，服務人員很死板，如：忘記拿房卡但拿了餐票，餐票上寫有房號，還在打電話到前台報身份證號碼才給開門。

房間衞生乾淨，距離騎樓街很近。樓下就有燈光夜市，吃飯購物吃宵夜都挺方便的。唯一美中不足的是服務，前台服務員笑容欠奉，大過年的，全程黑臉，早餐很一般，服務員邊收拾邊批評議論住客。建議加強服務員的培訓和管理。

酒店在騎樓老街附近，走路過去十分鐘左右就到了，我們去吃飯，順便逛一逛，人山人海，超熱鬧。酒店前面是河邊，很多船衹經過這裏，衞生挺好的。早餐也可以。

1.維也納酒店衞生還是一貫的特別好，非常乾淨整潔！
2.房價適中，房間大且舒適，採光好，能俯瞰室外西江，樓下還有美食街。
3.酒店的每一個細節都很周到，讓顧客有賓至如歸的感覺。特別是前台美女更是體貼入微，超貼心！
4.地理位置優越，就在西江邊上。梧州騎樓城就在附近，晚上看夜景超棒！特別是酒店還有免費停車場，對於我們自駕就太方便了！
總體感覺是房間設施先進齊全，服務人員素質高，早餐品種豐富，物超所值！

早餐到10點，有龜苓膏。點外賣可機器人送達。門口有一小台階，大床房間內的浴室也有一台階。江景房比較安靜。大堂提供免費茶水。

房間佈置方便舒適，如進門就是坐凳兼置物長凳瑭開式衣帽架很衞生方便，吧枱鏡子設定也很合理，感覺是顧客所想，酒店就有所應。安全舒適。衞生間的光環鏡開燈後人眼珠子不好看
