We had a wonderful stay at Encore Mingara, service was excellent especially from Natalie, who tended to all our needs/enquiries. She was welcoming as were all the other team members that we came into contact with. They have great facilities, pool for adults & families, a gym, restaurants & entertainment, also not far from great shops & beaches. Will definately be back. Thank you.

The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were all super friendly and very helpful with tips on where to park and what was good to eat and drink. The Urban King room we booked was very clean, roomy and modern with a luxurious King size bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, plantation shutters, a balcony, free standing bathtub and large shower that had excellent water pressure 😃. This was a superb hotel with everything you need at your fingertips.

Room is clean, plenty of parking and location is good, close to most attractions. The issue we had is a couple of the lights in the room didn't work, wifi's pretty slow but overall not a hassle for us as we only stayed for 1 night.
