The hotel staff's attitude and service are good, and the room is clean! It is also close to Manchester Airport, and there is also a railway to the airport nearby, so it is very convenient to go to the airport or to walk to the hotel. The only downside is the noise from passing planes!

Always stay here when we go on our holidays and never had any complaints. We arrived last night and when we got in our bed we found it to be blood stained pillows ,sheets and duvet. My mum slept on the sofa thing and I slept on top of my beach towel as thought it was a little late to complain. Mentioned at checkout and the person on reception didn't seem that bothered. Bad house keeping and needs to be looked at.

Great location only 5 minutes from the airport. Room was very clean and in good order. Used the restaurant for our evening meal and the food was well prepared and served nice and hot. Our waitress Tabatha was attentive and friendly. Will definitely use this place again.

Acomadation as expected in all premier inn's, clean, comfortable and functional. the food was good, hot and pub food, shout out to the KItchen staff. The bar staff lady, Tab, thank you beautiful lady, you recomended some new cocktails and they where great. Lovely service from Tab, my wife and I loved talking with you.

It's a Premier Inn not a lot more to say. Preferred when it was the buffet style breakfast instead of to order. Only one person waiting and if you're in a hurry to catch a flight or a meeting, not really good. Got the Ultimate WiFi free as the TV in my room wasn't working but still not the best signal.
