"Hotel waiter attitude and service are good, the room is clean! It is also close to Manchester Airport, and there is a railway to the airport nearby. It is very convenient to go to the airport or to the foot. The only bad thing is that the plane is noisy!"

"Despite the word Airport being in the name, the actual airport is nowhere to be found—perhaps it took a holiday. My room came with a massive 55-inch Akai(!) telly, which was almost big enough to distract me from the equally massive gaps in the windows masquerading as ventilation. I enjoyed my stay, truly. But would I book again? Hmm, let's just say I'd sooner take my chances with a budget airline's baggage policy."

"Welcomed by 1st class reception personnel. Perfect peaceful stay/location. New clean comfortable modern aircon rooms with quality white bedding and towels. Food excellent quality, taste and presentation, thanks to the very high standards set by the chief Chef Colin and all his staff. Will definately return, easy walking to/from Airport Terminals, the Train stn and bus terminus is 2min accross the road. See pic. This also leads to covered walkways to all terminals. Good price point using Tripp, Bfast 15.00 if you book the night before 17.50 if on the day. Open until 10am. Dep room 11am."

"The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station."

"Just 2 minutes walk to Terminal 2 across the road, excellent service and decent room style. It allows mirror connection from our phone so we can watch our favourite channels on the big TV. Excellent bath shower, and some snack and a variety of drinks with coffee machine for free. Very enjoyable stay."

The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient."
