The breakfast was amazing. All staff are very nice and helpful; they even helped us for an early check-in. It is just a bit far away form the city center but apart from that everything was perfect.

Hotel Z was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Old Town, which is amazing!! The rooms are clean and with large balconies. The services the hotel offer are even better. The most amazing breakfast and the Pool Bar menu is plentiful. The pool is large and there are a huge number of sun lounges. However, the best part of our stay was the service. It was definitely 5 star. I would highly recommend Hotel Z Palace, Xanthi.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was immaculately presented and is a credit to all those that work there. The room was very modern and quite big. Perfect for business or leisure. Good WiFi and easy parking. Recommended.

Received an offer for 2 nights at this hotel, and the room was nice, but i must say - compared to other 5* hotels like Ikos Oceania and Sani Beach, both visited in Halkidiki - that it is not a 5* hotel. All food was included, quality of food was fine, however sadly served in a basemant room!!, but when left-overs from the day before returnes the next day in other dished, I find it bad. Wine and soft drinks were also included, but a bottle of beer and water I had to pay for, too expensive and too poor!!! Some positive: Staff very friendly and helpful.

Απορώ με τους ειδικούς που μοιράζουν αστέρια σε ξενοδοχεία με βάση τυπικά χαρακτηριστικά και όχι ποιοτικά! Το Z πραγματικά διαθέτει έναν όμορφο χώρο εισόδου και δωμάτια αρκετά άνετα, αλλά...μέχρι εκεί. Οι τουαλέτες είναι πανβρώμικες, γεμάτες μούχλα, οι εσωτερικές πόρτες φουσκωμένες από υγρασία, τα στρώματα υπερβολικά σκληρά παρόλα τα 2πλά υποστρώματα, που όμως δεν μειώνουν την αίσθηση της "σανίδας", τα κλιματιστικά δεν λειτουργούσαν, με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμόμαστε με ανοιχτά παράθυρα και τα σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρα κλπ, ήταν άδεια. Απαράδεκτα τα πολύ μικρά ασανσέρ για το μέγεθος του ξενοδοχείου, υπήρχαν σχεδόν μόνιμες ουρές...Το πρωινό πλούσιο, αλλά με μέτριας ποιότητας προιόντα, τα γεύματα της ημιδιατροφή, επιεικώς απαράδεκτα (εξαίρεση αυτά της Ανάστασης και της Κυριακής του Πάσχα). Αλήθεια οι ράμπες στην είσοδο εκτός από διακοσμητικές, χρησιμεύουν σε κάτι άλλο; Διότι λόγω λάθος κλίσης είναι αδύνατο να χρησιμοποιηθούν. Κάκιστη εντύπωση μας έκανε η "ομηρία" μας προκειμένου να πληρωθεί ο φόρος των 15 ευρώ ημερησίως ανά δωμάτιο, κατά την άφιξη, χωρίς να σεβαστούν το ότι είχε προηγηθεί ταξίδι 11 ωρών...και το γκρουπ αποτελούνταν από ηλικιωμένους στην πλειοψηφία ανθρώπους!!!

Πολυ καλο,πεντακαθαρο,μπαλκονια μεγαλα,πολυ καλο πρωινο μπουφε και εχτρα :πισινα Εχει ανετο παρκινγκ,ειναι 1.5 χλμ απ την κε τρικη πλατεια ξανθης !πανω στον κεντρικο δρομο !εξαιρετικη επιλογη για οικογενειες και επαγγελματικα ταξιδια

Τα 4 αστεράκια είναι από επιείκεια αξίζει 3 αλλά το προσωπικό είναι τόσο ευγενικό ,εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό που το κάνει 4.Τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά αλλά χρίζουν άμεσης ανακαίνισης,ειδικά τα μπάνια!Λερωμενο ταβάνι,μουχλιασμένες σιλικόνες,κιτρινισμενοι αρμοί…Κάνουν το μπάνιο να δείχνει βρώμικο.Το πρωινό πολύ καλό.
