Xi'an Gaoxin Lirui Hotel (Taibai South Road Subway Station Branch)

Excellent hotel with very well trained staff. All our needs were met, thank you to all the team! 10/10

Our family stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on our summer vacation. We have traveled to a lot of different places around the world, but Radisson Red Xi’an is definitely on the top list. The facility is very new and modern, rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is high quality and meets different needs. The location is great too. Subway is a few steps away from the hotel, you can easily go visit anywhere in the city by subway. And you also have free self service laundry, which is so convenient. The staff are friendly. Allen at the front desk is a great person. He is polite and provides a lot of help to us. It is highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!

This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. The design is absolutely beautiful, the room is comfortable and has a lot of well thought things in it that make the stay absolutely beautiful. The best part of this hotel is the amazing staff who helped me in all of my days, from booking a ticket to a party and even with customer service on a specific app. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends to come to this hotel. 

The location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, cleanliness and service need major improvement. Other hotels in the neighborhood, even those with a lower rating, offer much better service. The air conditioning was difficult to control, and I only managed to adjust it after a technician explained how. The daily tea and coffee packets were not replenished unless I requested them, which was quite disappointing. The swimming pool’s design and maintenance also need improvement. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, but once again, the service did not meet expectations.

Very cool and futuristic vibes. Kids loved this hotel, we got the family room very spacious. We was given a free fruit bowl on arrival. Staff was lovely and even showed us another room and let us choose which room we wanted. Rooms were very clean and I would love to come back here again.
