房間沒有什麼大問題，就是晚上那個服務前台，服務真的差的不是一般，我在網上預訂後，前往辦理入住，登記的時候讓我補交100元按金，因手機銀行維護中，未能轉出，微信零錢衹有90多元，給前台商量可否少10元，前台全程搭拉個臉，肯本不理人玩手機，再次詢問愛搭不理來了句必須100元，或者壓身份證，沒辦法我説那給我退了吧，被告知自己找平台退，沒辦法找到平台，平台客服人員很好，幫我聯繫到了商户的負責人，説明情況後，該商户負責人表示理解，給前台打電話告知，按金可以少收點，我再次前往酒店辦理入住，前台還是黑個臉，我繳納完按金，前台帶我去把門開了以後，給我説因為你按金沒有全部交齊，房卡不能給你，我説我一大早就走了，人家扭頭就走了，那個臉黑的呀，話也不好好説，真的感覺欠她錢了一樣

馬桶沒有馬桶蓋，門上鎖都鬆動了，關上了還一直響，電競酒店的電腦居然是輕薄本配置，關着門還能聽見老闆在外面和別人聊天的聲音。

本人從未給過酒店差評，這家算是開了先河，住過所有酒店服務態度和入住體驗最惡劣的一家。快跑快跑！首先是態度問題，晚上八點多網絡預訂，九點多到的，沒辦入住前想提前看下房，前台一男生很不情願的説“就剩這一間房，你看你辦不辦入住”，我説先看房，進房間後，被子有些潮，想換個被子再拿個枕頭，這男的沒好氣地説“我家換不了被子，沒有枕頭”，我接着追問，他説“阿姨已經下班了，備品間鎖門了，你叫我去別的房間給你拿一個嘛？”。阿姨下班本人可以理解，畢竟網吧和旅館前台是一體的，但你最開始態度好些直接説阿姨下班換不了不就結了？其次我被子折了個角想看看床單，另一位前台女的沒好氣地説，“不住別動被子”，怎麼我看房不能折被子？阿姨下班，你們前台不會整理被子？此外入住體驗極差，空調一直滴滴的響並且漏水如視頻，找前台溝通，前台説空調就這樣，沒辦法解決，折磨我們到半夜三點多才睡。總之，他家前台一點解決問題的能力也沒有，全然不管顧客訴求，衹顧着自己工作輕鬆，這邊建議多僱幾個阿姨晚上輪班呢

房間馬桶是壞的，竟然沒有馬桶圈，女士無法上廁所。這我們接受了，怪我們沒有提前去房間查看設施。但是前台女網管態度極其惡劣，我們第二天早上離店後直到第三天發現沒有退按金，打電話諮詢，前台女網管極其不耐煩的説我們為什麼離店前不到前台告訴她？？？我要是有急事出門是不是還得專門找你報備下我要出門了？她的業務水平和素養一度讓我以為消費者和經營者不是平等的。不寫有待提高了，感覺人的素養沒辦法提高

實話實説，外面的網吧環境看着是真的挺好的，但是電競酒店這一塊不是很好，外觀挺好的，和圖片一樣，然後廁所略顯草率，就是挺離譜的一件事是洗了個澡出來床邊都是水，跟發水災一樣，不知道是我們廁所溢出來的，還是隔壁，真的很影響心情，一地的水，早上起來洗漱也是，一會又一地的水在床邊、還有我們剛進門，就有一雙穿過的一次性鞋沒有被保潔收走，就是説，有點懷疑沒有好好打理
